N\u00fckleer tesislerin amac\u0131n\u0131 veya kapasitesinin ne oldu\u011funu bilmiyoruz ama bu yeni sava\u015f bize n\u00fckleerin ne kadar kolayca bir sava\u015f nedeni olabilece\u011fini, n\u00fckleer tesislerin hedef al\u0131nabilece\u011fini, Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra bir kez daha g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleere neden kar\u015f\u0131y\u0131z?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Herhangi bir deprem ya da sava\u015f olmasa da n\u00fckleer santraller yayd\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozda fakat s\u00fcrekli radyasyonla yak\u0131n \u00e7evresinde kanser olu\u015fumunu artt\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ok \u00f6nemli bir konu da n\u00fckleer at\u0131klard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada hen\u00fcz bu at\u0131klar\u0131n bertaraf y\u00f6ntemi bulunamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. N\u00fckleer at\u0131klar, onbinlerce y\u0131l radyasyon yaymaya, gelecek ku\u015faklar\u0131 tehdit etmeye devam edecektir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dclkemizin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00fcretti\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck depremlerle, Fuku\u015fima\u2019daki gibi bir kaza ya\u015fanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir garantisi bulunmamaktad\u0131r<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ya da \u00c7ernobilde oldu\u011fu gibi, bir insan hatas\u0131yla santralde olu\u015fabilecek patlaman\u0131n, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir alan\u0131 uzun s\u00fcre canl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131na elveri\u015fsiz hale getirme riski hi\u00e7 de az\u0131msanmayacak bir olas\u0131l\u0131k<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sava\u015flar ise ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehlike olu\u015fturuyor n\u00fckleer santraller i\u00e7in. Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131nda ve \u0130ran\u2019a yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131larda bunu net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6rd\u00fck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00fckleer santraller, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc su t\u00fcketimine neden olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130htiya\u00e7 duyulan bu sular, her ne kadar denizden \u00e7ekilecek olsa da bir yandan deniz ekosistemini olumsuz etkilerken, at\u0131k sular\u0131n deniz canl\u0131lar\u0131na etkisi, bal\u0131klard\u0131n v\u00fccudunda birikecek radyasyonun besin zinciri ile ba\u015fka canl\u0131lara ve insana ge\u00e7mesi riski vard\u0131r. Di\u011fer yandan, her bir santral \u00fcnitesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak su miktar\u0131, saatte 200.000 m3\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerindedir. So\u011futmada kullan\u0131lacak bu su, birka\u00e7 derece \u0131s\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olarak yeniden deniz ortam\u0131na sal\u0131nacak ve denizlerin \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir b\u00f6lgede \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r. Bunun sonucu, baz\u0131lar\u0131 zehirli olan bal\u0131k ve di\u011fer canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinin K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz\u2019den Akdeniz\u2019e ve Akdeniz\u2019den Karadeniz\u2019e g\u00f6\u00e7 edece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k bir ger\u00e7ekliktir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, hem Akdeniz\u2019in hem Karadeniz\u2019in flora ve faunas\u0131 \u00e7ok etkilenecek, baz\u0131 t\u00fcrler yok olacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>11 Mart 2011\u2019de, Fuku\u015fima\u2019ya 250 km uzakl\u0131kta meydana gelen deprem ve onun yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 tsunaminin, Fuku\u015fima Dai\u00e7i N\u00fckleer Santrali`nde so\u011futma sistemini devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131yla n\u00fckleer bir felaket ya\u015fand\u0131. Basit bir su borusu \u00e7atla\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenen bu patlama, n\u00fckleer kaza olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar pamuk ipli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilece\u011fini de g\u00f6stermektedir. Radyoaktif kirlilik nedeniyle, Dai\u00e7i merkez olmak \u00fczere 20 km yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131ndaki bir b\u00f6lge, uzun s\u00fcre yasak b\u00f6lge ilan edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuku\u015fima\u2019dan yay\u0131lan radyasyon, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozda da olsa, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yan\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, binlerce km uzakl\u0131ktaki \u00fclkemize kadar gelmi\u015fti. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, bir n\u00fckleer kaza ya da sald\u0131r\u0131 sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak radyasyon, yaln\u0131z santral \u00e7evresini de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc etkileyebilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1970&#8217;lerde, bir n\u00fckleer santralin, \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca, dikkate al\u0131nan en vah\u015fi ve en olmaz say\u0131lan kaza senaryolar\u0131, milyonda bir olas\u0131l\u0131k olarak hesap ediliyor, b\u00f6yle kabul g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Oysa daha sonra olu\u015fan n\u00fckleer kazalar (1979 Three Miles Island, 1986 Cernobil ve 2011 Fuku\u015fima), kaza olas\u0131l\u0131k hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015f ve kaza ihtimalini, 100&#8217;de bire kadar y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. \u00c7o\u011fu kamuoyundan saklanan 700 den fazla irili ufakl\u0131 kaza olu\u015ftu\u011fu bilinmektedir. K\u0131br\u0131s, Akdeniz aras\u0131nda kalan alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen deniz sismi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda, deniz i\u00e7erisinde ve hemen Akkuyu yak\u0131n\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en bir fay zonunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u0131br\u0131s fay zonu herkes\u00e7e bilinmektedir. Tsunamiler, sadece fay\u0131n yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmesinden olu\u015fmamakta, deniz taban\u0131nda meydana gelen heyelanlar da b\u00fcy\u00fck tsunamilere yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r ve bu t\u00fcr potansiyel alanlar Akdeniz taban\u0131nda da bulunmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131, Akkuyu i\u00e7in sadece deprem riski de\u011fil tsunami riski de bulunmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Akkuyu i\u00e7in Ecemi\u015f fay\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Akdeniz i\u00e7erisindeki faylar ve heyelanlar da b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlikenin habercisidir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"302\" height=\"273\" src=\"https:\/\/egecep.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-776\" style=\"width:472px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/egecep.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image.png 302w, https:\/\/egecep.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-300x271.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 302px) 100vw, 302px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Karstik bo\u015fluklar nedeniyle zemindeki farkl\u0131 oturmalar sonucu betonda \u00e7atlaklar olu\u015fmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r ve daha yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda bu oturma \u00e7atlaklar\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Santralin \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 onlarca y\u0131lda \u00e7atlak olu\u015fumlar\u0131n\u0131n yinelenmesi de b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. \u00dcstelik, K\u0131br\u0131s dalma- batma zonunda olu\u015facak b\u00fcy\u00fck depremlerde zemin g\u00f6\u00e7meleri ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. T\u00fcm \u00fclkeyi ve kom\u015fu \u00fclkeleri de ilgilendiren ve bir kaza halinde hemen hepimizi etkileyecek olan bu denli \u00f6nemli bir konuda, akademik meslek odalar\u0131yla bile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmemesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu konuda, doyurucu bir a\u00e7\u0131klama beklemek en do\u011fal hakk\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinop ise, gerek Karadeniz i\u00e7erisindeki ve gerekse K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019da bulunan aktif faylar nedeniyle olu\u015fabilecek b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli depremlerin tehdidi alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekten de son zamanlarda yap\u0131lan deniz ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, Karadeniz i\u00e7erisinde de bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Sinop yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndan olan \u00f6nemli faylar\u0131n ve heyelan alanlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayn\u0131 faylar nedeniyle, Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki d\u00fcnya cenneti \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan santral i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. \u00fcstelik \u0130\u011fneada, tsunami a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da b\u00fcy\u00fck risk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olas\u0131 kaza risklerini k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyen y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, b\u0131rak\u0131n n\u00fckleer bir kazay\u0131, \u0130zmir Gaziemir\u2018de 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda tespit edilen radyoaktif at\u0131klar i\u00e7in bile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Manisa K\u00f6pr\u00fcba\u015f\u0131 ve Ayd\u0131n \u2013 S\u00f6ke- Kisir k\u00f6ylerindeki uranyum madenlerinin, denetimsiz olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p, yeterli g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nmadan terk edildi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu madenler halk\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 halen tehdit etmeye devam etmektedir.
